You will collaborate with Sales, Culinary, Marketing, and key partners to elevate service, develop teams, and ensure flawless execution of high-profile events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in progressive banquet leadership roles.
• Proven budget ownership and P&L familiarity.
• Experience with luxury, AAA Four Diamond standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level leadership for banquet and events across multiple venues.
• Develop and manage annual departmental budgets and forecasts.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of banquet teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Culinary, Marketing, and Operations to deliver premier experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and alcohol service standards.
