Job summary

Dorchester Collection in Los Angeles is seeking a Banquet House Person to set up and break down event spaces, ensuring layouts match the BEO and maintaining pristine banquet areas.

You will handle linen, china, silver, and other props, assist guests with layout requests, and uphold the luxury standards across our Bel Air property. Candidates should be able to stand and lift as required and work varied schedules, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or event support.
• Ability to read and interpret event layouts from BEO.
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down event space, reading BEO to determine layout.
• Accommodate guest requests for layouts and props.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock banquet supplies.
• Report imperfections and coordinate with teams.
• Follow safety rules and work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.
