Job summary

The Landings Club Inc. in Savannah, GA, is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Banquet Server to join our private luxury residential club on Skidaway Island. You will greet guests, set up banquet events, and support kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities include reviewing BEOs, preparing rooms, maintaining a professional appearance, and delivering exceptional member service across events, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaking and basic writing skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to handle customer service issues calmly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to provide exceptional service to members.

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and communicate courteously.
• Review Banquet Event Orders at shift start.
• Assist with setup of tables, linens, chairs for events.
• Prepare rooms including lighting, sound, temperature.
• Clean back kitchen and service areas.
• Assist kitchen and banquet servers during banquets.
• Drive company vehicles to pick up or deliver supplies.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards.
• Work as part of a team across departments.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
