Qualifications

• MICROS knowledge preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage.
• Strong communication skills.
• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine service for group and social catering events, on property and off-site.
• Maintain strong awareness in service areas and anticipate guest needs.
• Set up and break down events with precision, ensuring decor and equipment meet standards.
• Communicate clearly with the team to support seamless coordination.
• Handle guest interactions with confidence, professionalism, and problem-solving.
• Accommodate special requests and resolve concerns with grace.
• Assist guests with questions about hotel services, hours, and event details.
