Job summary

Levy Restaurants at Palmer Events Center in Austin, TX seeks a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional guest service during meetings, conferences, banquets, and special events. You will assist with event setup, food and beverage service, and breakdowns while upholding safety and professionalism.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with prior banquet or hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Banquet/hospitality experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms, meeting spaces, and event areas per orders and specs.
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, podiums, and AV equipment.
• Serve food and beverages to guests courteously and professionally.
• Replenish food stations and service areas during events.
• Clear tables and collect dishes efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of banquet rooms and storage spaces.
• Assist with room resets and event breakdowns after events.
• Communicate guest requests to supervisors promptly.
• Follow all food safety and health regulations.
• Work with event services, culinary, housekeeping, and operations teams.
