Distinctive Hospitality Group in Natick, MA seeks an accomplished Banquet Manager to lead luxury events and uphold 4-Diamond standards. You will manage banquet operations, coordinate with clients and vendors, and supervise staff to ensure impeccable service.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage banquet operations end-to-end.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus for luxury events.
• Experience with high-profile, multi-event schedules preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of banquets to meet 4-Diamond standards.
• Coordinate with clients, catering staff and vendors for seamless events.
• Train and supervise banquet staff; schedule shifts and monitor performance.
• Manage inventory and supplies for events; ensure costs stay within budget.
• Handle inquiries and maintain strong client relationships with luxury service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare and manage banquet budgets with forecasting and cost control.
• Maintain accurate event records and documentation per procedures.
