Responsibilities

• Oversee events and complex programs.
• Support scheduling, staffing strategy, and labor efficiency.
• Partner with banquet leadership on daily operations and execution strategy.
• Conduct preshift meetings and ensure team preparedness across all positions.
• Mentor and develop team members including supervisors, servers, bartenders and housemen.
• Lead daily walkthroughs to ensure luxury standards.
• Ensure accuracy of billing, consumption, and event reports.
• Identify operational gaps and implement real-time solutions.
• Serve as point of contact for service challenges or guest concerns.
• Collaborate with culinary and planning teams for event execution.
