The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for leading on the floor execution of high-end events, including weddings, social events, and corporate functions. This role ensures all service standards reflect a luxury experience, with a strong focus on team coordination, delegation, attention to detail and guest experience.

Pay: $9 per hour + tips

Responsibilities

• Lead event execution from setup through breakdown with full ownership of assigned events
• Execute BEOs with precision, ensuring all details are aligned and delivered
• Delegate tasks and work flow to banquet servers, bartenders, and housemen with clear confident leadership
• Maintain continuous awareness of timing, flow, and guest experience throughout the event
• Ensure all event spaces always meet Cliff House Luxury Standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for service during events, collaborating with the culinary and planning team
• Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring quality, presentation and timing
• Complete accurate event paperwork, including consumption, billing, and daily reports
