Job summary

• At least three years of experience as Banquet Manager/Event Services Manager, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong luxury service understanding and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Proficient in general computer knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Creative, detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet team including captains and servers.
• Coordinate with culinary, catering, CS and beverage teams.
• Ensure high energy, professional appearance and service quality.
• Develop décor ideas for banquet spaces.
• Assist in payroll, reports, forecasting and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and Hyatt standards.
• Provide floor coverage across F&B outlets as needed.
