We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team and lead our service department to new heights.

As a Luxury Automotive Service Manager at Murgado Automotive Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our service department. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team of service advisors and technicians, and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service at every visit.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the service department, including staffing, training, and performance management

Ensure that service advisors provide exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Monitor service department performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

Manage scheduling and workflow to optimize technician productivity and minimize customer wait times

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive service management in a luxury brand (Audi, BMW, Lexus, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, etc.)

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with automotive service management software and computer systems

Knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry best practices
