You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding purchasing experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive dealership profitability and growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize dealership operations and enhance the customer experience
