The Wyler Collection in Dublin, Ohio is hiring Sales Consultants to guide clients through the Jaguar Land Rover purchase process, delivering a concierge-level buying experience. Ideal candidates bring luxury automotive or high-end retail sales experience, impeccable presentation and client-service skills, and the ability to connect with an affluent clientele with discretion.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in luxury automotive or high-end retail preferred.
• Impeccable presentation, communication, and client-service skills.
• A passion for premium brands and craftsmanship and design.
• Highly driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to manage the sales process with an affluent clientele in a discreet and respectful manner.
• Demonstrated effectiveness working with Dealer Management Systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and discretion
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and performance
• Deliver a personalized, concierge-level experience tailored to each client’s needs
• Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up
• Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and brand alignment
• Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
