Job summary

The Wyler Collection in Dublin, OH is expanding its team of Sales consultants who represent Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, and Bentley, delivering an ownership experience defined by trust, precision, and world-class service. As a Sales Advisor, you will guide clients through the vehicle purchase, demonstrate product knowledge, and build lasting relationships while maintaining showroom standards and brand alignment.

Prior luxury automotive sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in luxury automotive or high-end retail strongly preferred
• Impeccable presentation, communication, and client-service skills
• A passion for premium brands and a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship and design
• Highly driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Ability to manage the sales process with an affluent clientele in a discreet and respectful manner
• Demonstrated effectiveness working with Dealer Management Systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and discretion
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and performance
• Deliver a personalized, concierge-level experience tailored to each client’s needs
• Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up
• Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and brand alignment
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless client experience
