As a Sales Consultant, you’ll guide clients through the purchase process, demonstrate product knowledge, and build lasting relationships, all while maintaining showroom excellence and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in luxury automotive or high-end retail preferred.
• Impeccable presentation, communication, and client-service skills.
• A passion for premium brands and a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship and design.
• Highly driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to manage the sales process with an affluent clientele in a discreet and respectful manner.
• Demonstrated effectiveness working with Dealer Management Systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• All applicants must pass pre-employment testing including background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and discretion.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and performance.
• Deliver a personalized, concierge-level experience tailored to each client’s needs.
• Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and brand alignment.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
