Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience in luxury or automotive sales is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Must pass pre-employment screening; workplace is drug-free.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the dealer lot and in-dealership.
• Communicate with customers, present vehicles, and identify their needs.
• Build rapport to establish a referral-based customer network.
• Conduct test drives and present pricing, incentives, and product information.
• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and deliver a quality experience.
• Handle calls, respond to internet inquiries, and generate leads.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Flexibility regarding travel to dealerships in Chattanooga
• Must pass pre-employment screening
