Qualifications

• 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership.
• Brand experience from any segment -- luxury, import, or domestic -- and willingness to work across a growing group.
• Strong diagnostic ability with a low comeback rate.
• ASE certifications are a strong plus and OEM factory certifications are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles across a range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond -- using OEM diagnostic platforms and manufacturer procedures.
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans -- communicating findings to service advisors to support guest authorization.
• Execute repairs to factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts.
• Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed and parts used with precision.
• Stay current on technical service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer repair procedures.
