Qualifications

• 2+ years of flat-rate technician experience in a franchised dealership.
• Brand experience across luxury, import, and domestic brands is valued.
• Strong diagnostic ability and low comeback rate.
• ASE certifications are a strong plus; OEM factory certs highly valued.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles across engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and more.
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop repair plans communicated to service advisors.
• Execute repairs to factory specifications with speed and accuracy.
• Complete repair orders accurately with documentation of work and parts.
• Stay current on service bulletins, software updates, and manufacturer procedures.
