Qualifications

• Proven diagnostic capability across multiple vehicle systems.
• Strong workmanship standards with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to service advisors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles across a full range of systems — engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, HVAC, and beyond.
• Perform multi-point inspections and develop accurate repair plans.
• Execute repairs to manufacturer specifications with speed, accuracy, and no shortcuts.
• Complete repair orders accurately and document work performed and parts used.
• Stay current on Mercedes-Benz service bulletins, software updates, and repair procedures.
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostics and ensure quality before vehicle return.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation reflecting Mercedes-Benz standards.
• Contribute to a shop culture of quality, accountability, and craftsmanship.
