Genesisnorthwest is seeking a Luxury Automotive Service Valet to provide exceptional customer service and handle luxury vehicles with meticulous care. You will greet clients, park and retrieve cars, maintain demos, and assist with offsite transports to ensure a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in valet parking or automotive service preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Park and retrieve luxury vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Keep demos prepared for valet service.
• Transports vehicles offsite locations.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks: wash, refuel, and check tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Ensure the cleanliness of customer vehicles before returning them to customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Help perform physical inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
