Job summary

Johnson Hyundai of Apex is hiring a dependable Full-Time Service Valet to welcome customers, move and park vehicles, and support the Service team. You’ll help create a smooth, efficient, and friendly dealership experience on a fast-paced service drive.

Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, customer-focused, and able to stay active outdoors in varying weather. A valid driver's license is required; previous valet or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Service customers promptly and professionally as they arrive.
• Assist customers with vehicle drop-off and pickup.
• Safely move, park, stage, and retrieve customer and dealership vehicles.
• Maintain organized vehicle flow throughout the Service drive and designated parking areas.
• Ensure vehicles are properly parked and keys are returned to the appropriate location.
• Assist Service Advisors and other department personnel with locating and retrieving vehicles.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional Service drive and customer arrival area.
• Provide courteous assistance and directions to customers as needed.
• Treat every customer vehicle with care and respect.
• Follow dealership procedures for vehicle movement, keys, and parking.
• Communicate promptly with management regarding vehicle damage, safety concerns, or other issues.
• Assist the Service Department with additional operational needs as assigned.
