Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar supervisory role in automotive service.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures, diagnostics, and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz service standards is a plus.
• Relevant certifications and training related to automotive repair and safety.
