Rusnak Auto Group's Porsche dealership in Westlake is seeking a Dispatcher/Warranty Clerk to coordinate dispatch, warranty submissions and service documentation, supporting the Service Department's growth.

Qualifications

• UTI or Technical School graduate or equivalent training/experience.
• 3 years’ experience preferred.
• California driver license with clean DMV record.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Automotive administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch and repair activities to maximize productivity.
• Maintain dispatch system and schedule shop work by technician level.
• Track job status and communicate updates to clients and supervisors.
• Review repair orders to ensure completion and proper documentation.
• Coordinate parts needs with Parts Department and schedule appointments.
• Process warranty claims accurately and timely with manufacturers.
• Reconcile warranty receivables and resubmit rejected claims.
