Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer.
• Lexus or Toyota dealership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and cost estimates.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and collect customer and vehicle data.
• Greet customers and conduct telephone transactions.
• Write up vehicle problems on repair orders and estimate costs.
• Explain repairs and costs clearly and obtain customer authorization.
• Maintain safety, PPE, and service department workflows.
