Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Luxury automotive experience preferred.
• CDK experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and consult with them regarding vehicle service and repair needs.
• Write and manage repair orders accurately.
• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle needs.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding estimates, recommendations, and repair status.
• Work closely with Technicians and Service Management to ensure timely vehicle completion.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up after service.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, sales, and performance goals.
