Keeler Motor Car Company in Southwest Connecticut seeks an experienced Service Advisor to guide customers through the service and repair process, ensuring a premium guest experience and dealership objectives are met.

You will greet customers, write repair orders, communicate estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle service, while building lasting client relationships and meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a Service Advisor in automotive
• Strong knowledge of automotive service and repair
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our luxury automotive dealership in Southwest Connecticut. The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding customers through the service and repair process while providing an exceptional guest experience and ensuring the needs of both the customer and the dealership are met.

The ideal candidate is a professional, customer-focused, and organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and consult with them regarding vehicle service and repair needs

• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle needs

• CDK experience preferred
