Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Salesperson to join Exotic Cars of the Carolinas in Charlotte. The role requires a proven track record in highline/luxury automotive sales and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, presenting features, handling negotiations, assisting with paperwork, arranging delivery and registration, and maintaining CSI. Expect shifts that may include evenings and weekends; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and listing of vehicle pricing including tax and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Meets dealership sales goals.
• Greets customer and determines vehicle preferences.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicles.
• Quotes sales price including tax and discounts.
• Completes paperwork for vehicle sales and contracts.
• Arranges delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Keeps work area clean and organized.
• Participates in required training.
• Records hours accurately and adheres to safety rules.
