Job summary

Hendrick Lexus Charlotte is seeking a Sales Associate to help achieve dealership sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service at our Charlotte location.

You will greet customers, identify needs, demonstrate vehicle features, and guide them through the purchase and delivery process. This role requires a high school diploma, automotive interest, up to 3 years of experience, and a valid driver's license; strong communication and PC/CRM skills are important for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; automotive knowledge or experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive sales is beneficial.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
• Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicles in showroom or on drives.
• Compute and quote sales price including tax, trade-in, and discounts.
• Handle paperwork for vehicle sales and coordinate delivery and registration.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and assist during training.
