Job summary

Hendrick Honda (South Blvd) in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Automotive Sales Consultant to sell new or used vehicles and meet dealership goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will greet customers, explain features, and demonstrate operation of vehicles in showroom or on test drives; you will complete sales paperwork, arrange delivery and registration, and help customers evaluate options. This role requires strong communication and a commitment to service.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience desired.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• GED or High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on demonstration drive.
• Completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including sales slips and contracts.
• Arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Researches availability of models and optional equipment.
• Engages in business development and maintains CSI standards.
