Job summary

Suncoast Porsche, part of Sunset Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our new and pre-owned vehicle teams during an exciting growth phase as we debut a state-of-the-art Porsche facility.

You will drive inventory control, appraisals, pricing strategies and dealer profitability while mentoring a high-performing sales staff; factory training and ongoing Porsche education are available to enable top-tier customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales management.
• Luxury automotive brand experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of new and preowned vehicle operations.
• Experience with inventory management, appraisals, pricing, and dealership profitability.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• A hands on leader who takes ownership, leads by example, and holds themselves and their team accountable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of new and pre-owned vehicle departments.
• Manage inventory, appraisals, pricing strategies and deal structuring.
• Support the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to improve performance.
• Participate in factory training and Porsche educational programs.
