SUNCOAST PORSCHE SALES MANAGER

Suncoast Porsche is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team at an exciting time in our dealership's history.

With our upcoming state of the art Porsche facility, we are investing in the future of our dealership and looking for the right individual to be part of that growth.

We are seeking a proven leader who understands the automotive business, takes pride in developing people, and knows how to deliver results while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Previous luxury automotive brand experience is preferred, but not required. We welcome successful candidates from other automotive brands who have the leadership skills, experience, and desire to represent Porsche.

The Opportunity

As our Porsche Sales Manager, you will play an important role in the daily operations and performance of both our new and pre-owned vehicle departments.

You will be responsible for inventory management, vehicle appraisals, pricing strategies, deal structuring, and supporting our sales team in achieving its goals.

You will also have the opportunity to become part of the Porsche experience through factory training, Porsche educational programs, and ongoing professional development.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in automotive sales management.
• Luxury automotive brand experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of new and preowned vehicle operations.
• Experience with inventory management, appraisals, pricing, and dealership profitability.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a sales team.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• A hands on leader who takes ownership, leads by example, and holds themselves and their team accountable.
