Holman’s BMW Pembroke Pines location is seeking a knowledgeable Sales Consultant to join a trusted family-owned automotive services organization. You will build rapport, guide customers through BMW vehicle selections, and demonstrate features and financing options while delivering a best-in-class client experience.

You will collaborate with Sales Managers and F&I to structure deals, complete documentation, and follow up post-delivery to foster referrals and long-term relationships.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers to understand automotive needs, preferences, and budget.
• Guide customers through vehicle selection with features, technology, performance, and financing options.
• Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives highlighting BMW benefits.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and F&I to structure and negotiate purchases/leases.
• Assist customers throughout the purchase process and complete all required documentation.
