Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Consultant at its Lexus of Wayzata location. You will greet customers, present vehicles, and understand client needs to match them with the right model and options.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in luxury automotive sales
• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership and help them select a vehicle that meets their needs
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits; determine customer vehicle needs by asking questions
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Stay informed about inventory, features, accessories, and how they benefit customers
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight service quality and maintenance options
