Qualifications

• Luxury automotive sales experience required.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Past customer-service or retail sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to undergo a background check per local laws.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership and help them select a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain product performance, options and benefits to prospects; describe available accessories.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure understanding of features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Stay informed about incoming inventory and how features benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department staff to highlight service quality and efficiency.
