Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, retail, or hospitality sales preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current California Driver License and California Sales License required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and achieves personal and company sales objectives.
• Greet clients and guide them in showroom and sales process.
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, and required paperwork.
• Schedule first service appointment with Service Department.
• Maintain CRM and follow up with clients for repeat/referrals.
