Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Education: HS Diploma or GED.
• California Driver License required.
• California Sales License required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meets or exceeds sales objectives and vehicle sales targets.
• Greet clients professionally and assist with vehicle selection and test drives.
• Explain product performance, features, and financing options clearly.
• Coordinate with sales management to develop action plans for performance.
• Ensure proper paperwork and CRM follow-up for each client.
