New Country Motor Car Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Representative to guide guests through every stage of their luxury vehicle purchase, leveraging our CRM to deliver a superior buying experience.

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will build lasting relationships, achieve sales goals, and contribute to a family‑oriented team that values community involvement and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to read/comprehend instructions.
• Excellent communication and customer-service oriented.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service and sales support to achieve sales goals.
• Follow up on sales leads and negotiate prices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auto inventory, features, condition and warranty status.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features and paperwork.
• Create and maintain relationships with guests.
• Conduct walk-arounds with guests and demonstrate automobile features.
• Accompany guests on test drives.
• Assist guests with leasing and financing.
