As a Sales Consultant, you will provide outstanding customer service, present vehicle features, negotiate terms, and help guests explore leasing and financing options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales assistance to guests and meet sales goals.
• Set personal income goals aligned with dealership targets and develop a plan to achieve them.
• Follow up on sales leads and negotiate prices with customers.
• Collaborate with sales managers to meet sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and warranties.
• Deliver vehicles, explain operating features and paperwork to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests.
• Review daily activities to improve time management.
• Accompany guests on test drives and demonstrations.
• Introduce customers to service department staff to highlight service quality.
• Assist guests with leasing and financing options.
