New Country Motor Car Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Representative to guide guests through the purchase of luxury vehicles. You will leverage our CRM system to provide outstanding service and close sales, while building lasting relationships with customers.

The role emphasizes teamwork, product knowledge, and a professional approach to achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a valid state driver's license.
• Proficiency with Internet, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and social media.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Professional appearance and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and sales assistance to customers and achieve sales goals.
• Set personal income goals aligned with dealership standards and plan to reach them.
• Follow up on sales leads and negotiate prices with customers.
• Collaborate with sales managers to meet sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of inventory, features, and warranties.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
