New Country Motor Car Group in New York is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to guide guests through every stage of their luxury car purchase. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will leverage our state-of-the-art CRM to deliver outstanding service and help clients select the perfect vehicle.

You’ll build lasting relationships with guests, present features and financing options, and coordinate with the service team to ensure a seamless experience from test drive to delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Internet, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Social Media.
• Ability to sell a minimum quota.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Professional appearance and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service and sales assistance to customers and consistently meet sales goals.
• Set personal income goals aligned with dealership standards and devise a plan to achieve them.
• Follow up on sales leads and negotiate prices with customers.
• Collaborate with sales managers to meet sales targets and maintain up-to-date vehicle knowledge.
• Deliver vehicles, explain operating features, warranties, and paperwork to customers.
• Build relationships with guests and analyze actions to improve time management and planning.
• Lead walk-arounds, accompany guests on test drives, and introduce them to service department personnel.
• Assist guests with leasing and financing.
