Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury automotive retail, a proven track record of meeting targets, and exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive dealership retail sales experience (Luxury import experience is highly advantageous).
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding volume and gross profit targets.
• Exceptional negotiation, active listening, and sophisticated communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with high-net-worth clients to identify needs and match premium vehicles.
• Deliver premium product presentations and test drives with up-to-date knowledge.
• Follow up to maintain a seamless sales lifecycle and generate referrals.
• Collaborate with Finance and Service teams to ensure white-glove delivery.
• Accurately log CRM data and maintain documentation.
