Haldeman Auto Group is seeking a Luxury Automotive Sales Consultant to engage high-net-worth clients with premium vehicle solutions. Lead with expert product demos, manage pipelines, and collaborate with Finance and Service for flawless delivery.

You will operate within a luxury retail environment, building lasting client relationships and delivering a six-figure earning potential through base pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive dealership retail sales experience (Luxury import experience is highly advantageous).
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding volume and gross profit targets.
• Exceptional negotiation, active listening, and sophisticated communication skills.
• Strong relationship-builder who prioritizes long-term client retention.

Responsabilités

• Consultative Relationship Management: Engage with high-net-worth clients to identify needs, delivering tailored luxury automotive solutions.
• Product Expertise: Premium vehicle presentations, deep-dive feature demos, and customized test drives with up-to-date vehicle knowledge.
• Pipeline Management: Follow-ups to maintain a seamless sales lifecycle and cultivate repeat/referral business.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Finance (F&I) and Service teams for flawless client delivery.
• Detail Accuracy: Ensure CRM data logging, compliance, and sales documentation are accurate.
