• Build and maintain relationships with customers and provide after-sale service.
• Follow up on sales leads from phone, walk-ins, internet, and more; log interactions in CRM.
• Stay informed about vehicle features, inventory, and depreciation.
• Demonstrate vehicles, conduct test drives, and deliver vehicles with warranty guidance.
• Introduce customers to service department to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
