Job summary

Honda of Stevens Creek is seeking an Automotive Salesperson to assist customers in selecting vehicles, present features, and guide them through the purchase process. You will handle needs assessments, demonstrate vehicle capabilities, and provide accurate pricing and financing options.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of luxury dealership sales experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years of luxury dealership sales experience.
• Honda or Acura brand experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet dealership sales quotas and targets.
• Commission-based sales experience is required or highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to understand needs and preferences for vehicle recommendations.
• Conduct test drives to showcase features.
• Stay up-to-date on vehicle models, features, and pricing to provide accurate information.
• Guide customers through sales process including financing options and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in a transparent manner.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
