Livermore Honda in Livermore, CA is seeking an energetic Sales Consultant to engage customers, understand needs, and guide them to the right luxury automotive options.

You will greet customers, demonstrate features, upsell, and provide outstanding service, leveraging CRM and financing knowledge to build lasting relationships.

This full-time role includes rotating day/evening shifts, in-person work, and a base pay with commission to reward performance.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their preferences and needs
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and explain features confidently
• Upsell additional products, services, or accessories to enhance the customer experience
• Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette

Requirements

• Previous Automotive sales experience
• Exceptional customer service skills, including great communication and rapport building.
• In-depth knowledge of the dealership's vehicles, finance options and sales process.
• Candidates must have a good DMV and drivers license.
• Ability to obtain a sales license
• This is a full time position, schedule includes rotating days and evenings.
• We require all sales professionals to utilize our CRM system.
• Automotive sales preferred
• Previous sales and customer service experience in any industry is a plus.

Hourly + Commission
