Lexus of Nashville is seeking an Automotive Sales Assistant to support the sales department and customers in a fast-paced luxury environment. You’ll become an expert on Lexus features, assist with vehicle delivery, and help create online guides and marketing content.

The role includes training, development opportunities, and a supportive team culture with a comprehensive benefits package. Salary is $17–$18 per hour, with weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Lexus vehicle features, technology, and controls
• Deliver newly purchased vehicles to customers
• Help develop and update customer-friendly technology guides and online content
• Monitor vehicle inventory to ensure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and ready for display or delivery
• Assist with social media content and online marketing activities
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally
• Assist with the movement and organization of inventory vehicles
• Support sales managers and team members with daily operational needs
• Complete and maintain all required Lexus training certifications
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned
