Lexus of Nashville, a luxury automotive retailer, is seeking an Automotive Sales Assistant to join a proactive team. You will work alongside a successful sales team, gain Lexus training, and participate in a fast-paced environment designed for career growth.

As part of the role, you will master Lexus features, deliver vehicles, assist with content and social media, manage inventory, and complete required training certifications, with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team culture.

Responsabilités

• Become an expert on Lexus vehicle features, technology, and controls.
• Deliver newly purchased vehicles to customers.
• Help develop and update customer-friendly technology guides and online content.
• Monitor vehicle inventory to ensure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and ready for display or delivery.
• Assist with social media content and online marketing activities.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
• Assist with the movement and organization of inventory vehicles.
• Support sales managers and team members with daily operational needs.
• Complete and maintain all required Lexus training certifications.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
