Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking an Automotive Sales Assistant to join a high-performing team in Brentwood, TN. You will support the sales staff, manage vehicle prep, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.

The role requires a tech-savvy, organized individual with a can-do attitude. Training is provided; you will contribute to a positive customer experience and ongoing team success.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and ensure vehicles are clean and fueled.
• Support Sales Team with daily tasks, including moving vehicles and prepping for delivery.
• Assist with managing and updating social media platforms.
• Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Master all features and technology of Lexus vehicles to support customer education.
• Help maintain and improve Lexus website content (e.g. feature guides, tech explanations).
• Aid Sales Managers with overflow tasks and special projects.
• Stay current on all Lexus training and certification.
• Uphold company standards, safety policies, and procedures.
• Take initiative and perform other tasks as needed to support the team.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
