Qualifications

• Accounting or business administration degree or minimum 5 years of automotive industry experience.
• Excellent math, verbal, and computer skills.
• Comfort with new technologies and process improvements.
• Ability to communicate well over the phone and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable processing, weekly check processing, and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure accuracy, timely processing, and tax compliance for vendor invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain vendor records.
• Assist with cash flow planning and collections on past-due accounts.
• Support account setup, onboarding, and customer communications.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with collection regulations.
