Qualifications

• 2–3 years in an office/accounting environment.

• Dealership experience preferred.
• CDK experience is a plus.

• Sense of urgency and accuracy in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and account for vendor invoices in the correct period.
• Ensure payments are made on time; prepare monthly check runs and on-demand checks.
• Comply with company policies for vendor approval; collect and issue W9s; reconcile vendor statements.
