Mills Auto Group in Bowling Green, KY seeks an Experienced Luxury Auto Parts Counter Specialist for BMW & Mercedes-Benz. You will support service, wholesale, and retail customers at the parts counter, ensuring premium service for luxury brands.

You will use EPC to identify OEM parts and operate DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack) while keeping accurate inventory and processing special orders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive parts counter experience, luxury brand preferred.
• Proficient EPC, DMS (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack) and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; high school diploma.

Responsabilités

• Assist service technicians, wholesale customers, and retail clients at the parts counter.
• Use EPC to identify, locate, and order OEM parts and accessories for BMW and Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
• Process special orders, track back-ordered parts, and communicate timely status updates to service advisors and customers.
• Receive, unpack, inspect, and stock incoming inventory; conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and display areas adhering to brand standards.
• Comply with all company safety protocols and local/federal guidelines.
